+### throttle(fn, wait)
+
+Creates a function that will call `fn` at most once every `wait` milliseconds.
+
+Supports leading and trailing invocation.
+
+`fn` will receive last context (`this`) and last arguments passed to a throttled wrapper before `fn` was invoked.
+
