Add LeaveCount column to LeaveBeginnings table
...
- Introduced a new column 'LeaveCount' of type int to the LeaveBeginnings table.
- Set default value to 0 and added a comment for clarity in Thai: "จำนวนครั้งที่ลาสะสม".
